What have you done to me. I searched One place about 4
miles from home and came up with a white top and plaid skirt. Luckily it
was a good find all within one hour.

I am 70% positive that the skirt did come from a Dorothy costume.. But all the ones I've looked for all had straps and different formats.
The skirt was also on sale. The purple tags were 50% off. A good grab for $2.50 I would say.
