DIY Fairy - Kei Accessories

So many people just buy their accessories, but what they don't think about is that it is way cheaper to just make your own, it's easy and you get to pick the final product. Plus you get to make more than what you would have gotten from someone who made it for you.

To start off you have to think about what you want because there is so many options.
Hair clips, hair bows, bracelets, necklaces, ets. All up to you.

Personally I would probably not make hair bows unless I use lace instead of fabric, only because I'm not great with the sewing machine. But if you are, more props to you.

These are only opinions and only some of the things you can do on your own!

1. Hair clips / Bows / etc :
There are so many people who can help. The best way I learn is youtube.

I would say the best tutorial I have seen so far is by smarmyclothes.
Her bows are beautiful and she walks you through every step. Link HERE.

And lets just say you want a different style. How about LadySasa1000.
She is a bit all over the place but why listen to boring people? Link HERE.

Need clips now? How about Etsy!
They have wonderful selections from many different sellers.

2. Bracelets / Necklaces / etc :
Chains, lace, elastic. Etsy also has it all.
Popular chains include plastic and silver.

Plastic chains come in many different colors and thicknesses.

Don't forget the connectors!
Or you can just make the chain around big enough to slide on / off your wrist or around your head.

And for the decorations you can weave thin lace between the chains or leave them as they are.

For little touches you can add cabochons, charms, or beads. Anything YOU want.
